We’re not just in the restaurant business—we’re in the business of feeding people like family. And that passion has always burned hot.

 

We’re Josh, Jason, and Brent—two brothers and a best friend—raised in kitchens, shaped by barbecue smoke, good music, and the kind of hospitality that stays with you. Alongside our sister Ashley, we got our start in our dad’s restaurant, where we learned what it means to serve people right—with heart, hustle, and food made from scratch.

 

What began as a food truck quickly grew into something bigger. Our wings earned a loyal following, our flavors turned first-timers into regulars—and then one night, the truck caught fire. Just like that, everything was gone.

 

But that fire didn’t end the story. It lit a new one.

 

We rebuilt the truck. Then we went all in—and opened Wildfire Wings & Grill right here in Catalina. A place where the flames live on in every bite.

 

Around the same time, we launched our sister restaurant, Fork & Fire, in Oro Valley—focused on smoked meats and barbecue. While each restaurant has its own personality, they share the same roots, the same heart, and the same commitment to flavor.

 

The name “Wildfire” is personal. It honors the journey that shaped us, and the people who’ve inspired it—our grandfather, a fire chief, and the many friends who’ve served on the front lines. That’s why every one of our 20+ house-made wing sauces is named after a famous wildfire—each one bold, unique, and unforgettable, just like the people we serve.
